Skruffy OP You're right. If you care more about Erome than its users, you can just stick to this site and not follow creators who can no longer post here elsewhere. This post was intended for my followers and others who care about creators, and not about Erome.

Tweeskrill It sucks. I really like erome for the functionality and it was getting better on that front. Too bad they started with all that crap... Hope a new alternative will arise in the future and the niche won't die out.

Skruffy OP If you mean for tribs, there's not really a great site devoted to them. You can find trib communities on certain subreddits and discord servers. Twitter might be your best bet for publicly posting at this time. Some post to redgifs as well.

Skruffy OP If you're into furry tribs, the site in my 'Please Read' post has links to discord servers and a subreddit where tributers post. I can't include the links here as otherwise erome will delete my comment and possibly this post :(

Skruffy OP There are still some tribute accounts that will post here, but a lot will leave or have already left. The site had issues before but generally had a good trib community until Fall 2025, as Erome has destroyed it since then.

Skruffy OP As I mentioned, there are ways to avoid giving your real number and still verify with erome. So people will likely still post in the short term, but engagement will go down because 'solo male' content is now hidden in search.

Skruffy OP If you want to take matters into your own hands, you can leave an angry post on erome's subreddit. Many have, yet they are almost all ignored by their mods. And it sadly won't do much good, as they have demonstrated they want tribs to die here.

Skruffy OP ... and a mod had confirmed they had just rolled out the phone requirement in US and Canada. No prior announcement was given. They do not care about their user base, especially those that don't make traditional straight content or pirate it from OF.

Skruffy OP Yes, that's what I said. But before then it was in other countries, so it is not surprising they used them as the guinea pigs before the US rollout. Since Erome also shadow bans other countries users as their VPN detection system is flawed

KuroMan You know what, with how many furries use this site, and with how good furries are with making stuff, someone needs to make a site like this format with improvements for hentai/tribute/other content

Skruffy OP agreed, email should be enough. And yes, that's why I sent my last message. A lot of accounts are either getting banned OR cannot post because their ip is blocked by Erome for falsely thinking it's a VPN.

Skruffy OP If you follow some creators and they still just post here, then it makes sense to keep your account up to follow them. I'm just saying Erome won't be the hub for tribs going forward due to their change. We'll go elsewhere eventually.

Skruffy OP Also, we do have a site for finding other furry tributers that I listed in my 'Please Read' post. It does not function like erome though, as users cannot post their stuff there. We would love to find people who would be interested in developing it.

OnlyTraps I'm not doubting it's coming Erome has been on some funny shit. They nuked an album of mine that had 2.3 million views for " Spam Reasons" even though it was the 1 and only time I had ever posted her plus 2 more and 3 on my maine for the same reason.

Skruffy OP Yeah, I've had friends get theirs taken down too, but it mostly was for 'inappropriate content' or 'copyright'. Neither of those make any sense, so maybe some other accounts reported them, and erome automatically removed them.

Skruffy OP Yeah my guess is they'll implement the phone requirement everywhere eventually because this is their own doing, no law is compelling them to. I don't know why they are doing it region by region for now.
